Founded in April, 2002, Beijing Chaliyuan Technology Co., Ltd (briefed as CLY) designs, develops, manufactures and markets electricity charging products. The office lies in Shangdi IT Industry Base of National Electronic Information Industrial Park, and the factory lies in Jingchang Science Park. CLY Mobile Phone Server is a brand new product orienting the mobile phone service market. 13 CLY has adopted 13 patents in developing it series, and been certified with Q/HDCLY001-2002 qualification system. CLY products have been approved by the inspection of Beijing Institute of Communication Products Supervision and Beijing Center of Disease Prevention and Control.
